Certificates were a major celebration, with Harry and Kristy both receiving customer service achievement awards.

Harry received his Exceptional Customer Service Award and Kristy received her Quality Customer Service Award.

Well done to both of you, it is lovely to see all your hard work being recognised.

I would also like to say a great thank you to Will, who at just 14 volunteered to start work on the kitchen garden.

He has been working on taking down the elderflower bush which is in the way of the garden plans.

14 years old and already a great work ethic, which is lovely to see.

Thank you Will for all your hard work, it is very much appreciated.
